1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (3D model files, STLs), all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. Please ensure the product meets your needs before purchasing.

2. Subscriptions

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you were charged in error (e.g., after cancellation), please contact support within 7 days of the charge for review.

3. Defective Files

If a digital file you purchased is corrupted or technically defective, please contact us immediately. We will work to provide a corrected file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
