By accessing and using the Nytryx website, Articulating Slicer software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Nytryx provides software tools for 3D printing enthusiasts, including the Articulating Slicer for generating articulated models, and a marketplace for digital 3D model files (STLs). Our services are intended for hobbyist, artistic, and educational purposes.

3. Prohibited Use (Safety & Compliance)

You agree NOT to use our Service to design, generate, share, or distribute:

• Functional firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition.
• Explosive devices or hazardous weaponry.
• Any content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Nytryx reserves the right to terminate accounts and report to authorities any use of our software for the creation of illegal weapons or regulated items.

4. Digital Products & Licensing

Purchases: When you purchase a digital model (STL), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for personal 3D printing.

Commercial Use: Unless explicitly stated in a specific "Commercial License" plan, you may not sell the physical prints or redistribute the digital files.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions (e.g., Generator Access) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access to subscription features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that 3D prints generated will be successful on all printers.
